Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever comes first.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support as soon as possible with your order number.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns only if:

You receive a damaged product.

You receive a defective product.

You receive the wrong item.

The item has a manufacturing defect.

To be eligible for a return:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.

Clear photos and an unboxing video may be required to process your request.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns or refunds will not be accepted for:

Change of mind

Incorrect size selected by the customer

Slight colour variations due to screen settings or lighting

Minor weaving irregularities or texture variations that are characteristic of handcrafted cotton fabrics

Products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery

Sale, clearance, or discounted items (unless damaged or incorrect)

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Refunds are generally completed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

If a replacement is available, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund.

Exchange Policy

We currently offer exchanges only for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered, subject to stock availability.

Return Shipping

If the return is approved due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective product), EUEUS will bear the return shipping cost.

For any other approved return, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.
